The RoleThis is a Petroleum Engineer role joining my client, a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Petroleum Engineer will use knowledge of C# .NET, SQL Server and hands-on experience from the Oil & Gas industry to design and develop specialised software - supporting clients within the Oil & Gas industry. The CompanyThe Petroleum Engineer will join an international digital organisation with offices in the UK and UAE - Supporting businesses in managing their data. The Software Engineer / Petroleum Engineer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking.  What’s Required?The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following: 

  • Hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry – we’re looking for candidates with solid upstream experience
  • Strong software engineering skills – ideally this will be with C# .NET though we’re open to hearing from you regardless of tech
  • Any experience with Testing & test automation, QA or Frontend technologies such as JavaScript would also be advantageous
