The Opportunity: They're seeking an experienced and motivated Senior/Principal Engineer (Building Services - Electrical) to lead their growing Electrical team. This is a key leadership role, where you will manage a talented group of engineers, drive complex and high-profile projects, and play a crucial role in expanding their team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and mentor the Electrical Building Services team.
* Oversee the design and delivery of electrical services for a wide range of building projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
* Take responsibility for project management from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
* Drive technical excellence and innovation in our project approach.
* Help shape and grow the Electrical team, contributing to recruitment, training, and overall development.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience (8+ years) in building services design and project management.
* A track record of leading and delivering successful projects within the building services industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Chartered Engineer status or working towards it is an advantage.
* Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering tools.
