Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead MEP projects, managing your own discipline and potentially overseeing engineers from complementary disciplines on larger projects.
Work independently on all technical aspects of your discipline or bring specialist expertise to the role.
Complete detailed designs and oversee the work of others in this function, ensuring high standards are met.
Build and strengthen client relationships by inspiring confidence both internally and externally.
Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and, as a project manager, coordinate tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
Bring a deep interest or experience in digital and parametric design tools to drive innovation in our clients projects.
About You:

Qualified Engineers with a proven track record in their discipline.
Holders of a CIBSE/IET/IMechE Engineering Council, degree, or an HNC in mechanical or building services degree
Either already achieved or working towards IEng or CEng status.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and bringing specialist experience where applicable.
Confident communicators who can simplify complex concepts and inspire trust in clients and colleagues.
Enthusiastic about or experienced in using digital and parametric design tools.
