Salary: 65k - 73k (DOE) w/ Car Allowance
Join a dynamic design team within their London office, reporting to the Associates to deliver detailed MEP services design up to RIBA stages 4b/c and 5. In this key role, you will support project teams during pre-construction, review tender information, and assist in design-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Associates to deliver high-quality, technically sound design work.
- Contribute to detailed design and calculations for MEP systems using industry-standard software.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, British Standards, and company quality standards.
- Attend site meetings, carry out surveys, and develop plant schedules.
- Support sustainability goals, including BREEAM and WELL accreditation.
- Degree in building services engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in commercial building design, from RIBA stages 2-4.
- Proficient in MEP software (e.g., Amtech, Dialux, IES) and digital tools (Bluebeam Revu).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
