Are you a Senior Building Services Engineer looking for an exciting new role in the London region?

This property consultancy has nearly doubled in size over the last two years now having a team of c. 200 people and a growing number of offices in each of the UK's regional cities.

As a Senior Building Services Engineer, you'll be assessing the condition and life expectancy of plant, carrying out dilapidation surveys and producing maintenance strategies for a wide range of commercial properties.

Their client base includes pension funds, high-spec warehousing for national names and the Crown Estate and you'll be focused within the London and southeast region

As an experienced Due Diligence Engineer you'll be familiar with and keen to build our knowledge of the following:

  • Delivering high-quality Technical Due Diligence assessments and reports with a M&E focus
  • Supporting dilapidations and project monitoring services
  • Acquiring skills in energy and carbon assessments
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Driving financial performance and pipeline work
  • Conducting site inspections and client meetings


To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in building services engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience
  • Incorporated Building Services Engineer (or similar)
  • Commercial understanding of Technical Due Diligence advice
  • Experience in inspecting and reporting on engineering services
  • Ability to manage workload and resources
  • Innovative thinking
  • Interest in decarbonization
