This is an ideal next step for a candidate who is high performing, at the upper end of engineer level, or has already reached senior engineer level, and is working towards Chartership.Background:The Engineering Consultancy Services division in the UK & Ireland has over 60 engineers of various disciplines working in the UK and is an integral part of of the Building Consultancy arm of the business. They are a supportive and friendly team that prides itself on promoting professionalism, personal development and enjoyable working relationships.They are engaged in a variety of projects across the borough, the rest of the UK, including undertaking project roles in a number of European countries.   • Mechanical Building Services Design
  • Client Management
  • Surveys
  • Investigations and Writing Reports
  • Preparing Specifications and Tender Documents
  • Managing Projects
  • Project cost control and budgets.
  • Presentations & Fee Bids to Clients

Person Specification/Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
  • Educated to degree level or high technical qualifications.
  • Diligent and pro-active
  • Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • A flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel if necessary
  • Technical expert, with REVIT / CAD knowledge, lighting and electrical calculation software proficient
