Service Engineer

Purpose of the Role
The Junior Engineer will collaborate with the engineering team on various HVAC projects, supporting the efficient and effective operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage work on split/multi-split systems, DX, and CW FCUs
  • Prepare dilapidation reports
  • Handle VRV and VRF condenser tasks independently
  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
  • Carry out minor repairs as needed
  • Conduct basic fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Ensure all work reports are submitted accurately and on time, meeting high standards
  • Adhere to industry regulations, standards, and internal policies
  • Gain knowledge and ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations

Desired Skillset and Characteristics:

  • Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or an equivalent qualification
  • Category 1 F Gas qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full, valid driving license
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering and office teams
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Experience working with other equipment such as chillers, AHUs, and refrigeration systems is a plus
