Job Title: Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: London
Contract: Office
Salary: Up to 47,000 Per Annum
I am actively looking to recruit Shift Maintenance Engineers (Electrical Bias) for one of my building services contractor clients. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in electrical installations, (C&G / NVQ or equivalent) at least 3+ years experience in similar roles, a client facing attitude and a good team player.
Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
- Carry out safe isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Organizing, liaising with, and escorting subcontractors
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or Mechanical Engineering - C&G or NVQ or equivalent qualifications
- At least 3 years experience prior within commercial maintenance
- Client facing attitude
- Minimum of 17th Edition / 18th Edition is desirable
Salary and Benefits:
- 40,000 - 47,000 per annum
- Continental shift pattern - 7am - 7pm
