Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development. The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Duties

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Organising subcontractors
Quotations
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work

Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineer Qualification
Career driven and motivated
Polite and personable

Salary and Benefits

HV training offered - £2500 per annum once HVAP status obtained
