Air Conditioning Engineer | Static |Central London - Russell Square | 45,000 Basic Salary | OTE: 50K - 55K | Commercial Environments.
Due to contract expansion, we are currently seeking Air Conditioning Engineers to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), servicing, breakdowns, repairs and minor installations / replacements.
You will be working on a staticbasis across a commercial property portfolioin Central London.
Package: What is in it for you?
- Basic Salary: 45,000
- Status: Full time, Permanent Role (PAYE).
- Paid Overtime Available -x1.5 - x2 rates.

- OTE: 50K - 55K per annum (dependant on volume of overtime you choose to do).
Duties:
- PPMs and servicing to commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairsto commercial air conditioning (AC) & HVAC equipment.
- Coil cleans, filter cleans/changes, lubricating moving parts, component replacements etc.
- Equipment may include but will not be limited to: Split / Multi Split Units, VRV systems,VAV systems, VRF systems, CRAC units, DX units, other similar equipment.
Requirements:
- Must hold valid F Gas certificate.
- Must have experience working across commercial air conditioning systems.
- Ideally hold City and Guilds Levels 2 & 3 in Air Conditioning (non essential).
- Able to legally workin the UK.
