Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the building.
- Operate and troubleshoot logic controllers and other control systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document maintenance activities and report on system performance regularly.
Experience
- Proven experience in building maintenance or engineering roles is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and tenants.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a logical mindset.
