Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor- FM Service Provider – Up to £55,000 + Van and fuel card
Exciting opportunity to work for a FM service provider situated in Hertfordshire & Cambridge.
Currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to cover a number commercial office contract covering multiple sites in Hertfordshire & Cambridge.
The successful candidates will be mechanically bias (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and previous supervisory experience.
This is a Van Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to oversee a team of mechanical engineers that carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to the mechanical plant with particular emphasis on mechanical maintenance.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £55,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out PPM Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers
Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors
Assisting other engineers
Offering technical support
Requirements
City & Guilds – mechanically qualified – level 2 & 3
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
A proven track record in commercial maintenance
An understanding of commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
