Job Title: Compliance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Supervisor to oversee regulatory and safety compliance within our Facilities Management operations. This role ensures that all facilities adhere to legal, industry, and company standards, including health & safety, environmental regulations, and building codes. The Compliance Supervisor will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, fire safety codes, and industry best practices.
- Audit & Inspection: Conduct regular compliance audits and site inspections, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Training & Awareness: Educate staff and contractors on compliance requirements, safety protocols, and regulatory changes.
- Incident Management: Investigate compliance violations, safety incidents, or regulatory breaches, implementing corrective actions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate compliance records, prepare reports, and communicate findings to senior management.
- Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Ensure third-party vendors and contractors comply with company and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience roles within the Facilities Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and reporting tools.
