Mane are looking for experienced Enabling works Supervisors, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring both operational and commercial success.

These projects typically involve remediation, Enabling works, Demolition and will have a strong understanding of earthworks specification compliance.

You may also manage projects related to demolition, civil infrastructure, necessitating experience in handling subcontract packages. You will be supported by Senior Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, the Purchasing Department, and the SHEQ Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all contractual and SHEQ requirements for projects
  • Prepare and monitor CPP and RAMS
  • Plan and program project schedules
  • Coordinate resources, including plant, labor, materials, and subcontracts
  • Maintain financial control and reporting
  • Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Keep accurate project records


Person Specification

  • Experience in Civil Engineering project management, particularly in remediation or earthworks
  • Knowledge of earthworks specifications
  • Familiarity with NEC, ICC, and JCT contract forms
  • Proficiency in MS Projects for programming
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Degree, HND, or CSCS NVQ Level 6 preferred
