HVAC Engineer Central London £55,000 - £65,000 (£70,000+ OTE) + Family Run + 28 days Holiday + Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30 + Static Position + 'Immediate Start' This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a close-knit team in a supportive, family-oriented environment. You'll be working across a small cluster of high-end commercial buildings, all located within a five-minute walk of each other in central London. Your Role As A HVAC Engineer Will Include:
- Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
- Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
- Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
As A HVAC Engineer You Will Need to Have:
- Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
- The HVAC Engineer must have a proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.
