PPM Recruitment is seeking a HVAC Maintenance Supervisor for a client located in Central London near Blackfriars.
The role involves paperwork, assigning tasks, and signing off on work, while also performing hands-on tasks as part of the maintenance team.
Working hours are from 7am to 5pm and 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for weekend and call-out work.
The basic salary for this position is £62,000 for a 50-hour work week, with overtime paid for weekends and call-outs.

working as part of the maintenance team in a shared office space

Duties include paperwork, assisigning roles, signing off work

you will be required to perform hands on tasks

working hours are 7am to 5pm and 8am to 6pm Monday to friday

Weekend and call out work also available

Basic Salary of 62000 on 50 hour week

overtime paid on the weekends and call out pay
