Incident & Problem Management Specialist

Location - Paddington

Salary - market rate

Work Mode - Hybrid

Role - Contract

We are seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and service improvement in a dynamic, multi-national environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance Incident & Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Drive KPI improvements and service quality enhancements.
  • Analyze trends and patterns to identify areas for continual service improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively within a complex, multi-national organization.
  • Work with outsourced and offshore/matrix teams (desirable).
  • Utilize Service Management software, preferably ServiceNow, to optimize processes.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an Incident & Problem Management role.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience in outsourcing and managing offshore/matrix teams is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
