Whilst an element of the work is scheduled, there will be reactive and call outs works to attend throughout each week.
Suitable applicants must have:
- Driving License
- Skills in Carpentry, painting/decorating, tiling. Experience in floor laying is beneficial
- Can be flexible with travel between sites
- Compliment of tools to carry out trades above
- Professional manner, a majority of work will customer/client facing
Hours: Initially Monday-Friday, with a minimum of an 8hr working day (Additional hours via call outs are available)
Patch: Projected works will be within M25
Successful candidates will be provided with:
- Company Van
- Fuel card
- Company uniform
- Tablet
Suitable applicants will ideally have a background in maintenance, social housing or multi trade works.
