Location: Park Royal, London
Salary: 50,778 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Building Services Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM providers teamin Park Royal. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives in a leadership position and has a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and ensuring the smooth operation of our building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of mechanical and electrical engineers, ensuring high standards of work.
- Coordinate and oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure continuous development of team members.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within building services maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
