Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration

Venn Group is working with an Healthcare organisation to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support their reactive and planned maintenance programme.

Minimum Salary: £36,000

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Location: South London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensure compliance with Policies, Technical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, and HTMs
Deliver Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk or Technical Services Supervisor
Ensure that operational standards are maintained at all times
Carry out testing and inspection of Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services, fault finding, minor repairs or installations
Maintain services and equipment within critical environments
Assess problems to determine the best course of action on complex technical issues
Communicate technical and or complex information to various stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:

Clean UK Driving License
F Gas qualification
At least 4 years experience
