Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration

Venn Group is working with an Healthcare organisation to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support their reactive and planned maintenance programme.

Minimum Salary: £36,000

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Location: South London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure compliance with Policies, Technical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, and HTMs
  • Deliver Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), helpdesk or Technical Services Supervisor
  • Ensure that operational standards are maintained at all times
  • Carry out testing and inspection of Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning and Refrigeration services, fault finding, minor repairs or installations
  • Maintain services and equipment within critical environments
  • Assess problems to determine the best course of action on complex technical issues
  • Communicate technical and or complex information to various stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:

  • Clean UK Driving License
  • F Gas qualification
  • At least 4 years experience
