We are seeking an experienced and mechanically-biased Mechanical Shift Technician to join a highly skilled team responsible for maintaining and optimising the mechanical systems within a prestigious commercial property in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to secure a long-term role with significant room for progression.
Role Responsibilities:- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance needs on mechanical systems.
- Ensure the effective operation and reliability of all building services.
- Collaborate with a large, dedicated team in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly and effectively.
- Strong mechanical bias with relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in a mechanical discipline.
- Experience in maintaining mechanical systems within commercial buildings or similar environments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to delivering high standards.
- Flexibility to work a continental shift pattern (12-hour shifts, including days and nights).
- Competitive salary of £52,000 per annum.
