A new opportunity to join an innovative Lloyd’s Managing Agency as an Operations Technician.You’ll play a key role in supporting our daily operational functions across multiple departments to drive efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance service delivery across the organisation.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development, execution, and optimisation of operational processes to boost efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of best practices to streamline workflows and mitigate operational risks.
  • Help create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters, claims professionals, and other stakeholders to understand their operational needs.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams, brokers, and service providers to enhance operational alignment.
  • Monitor regulatory developments within the insurance industry, adapting processes as needed to maintain compliance.
  • Support the timely and accurate production of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver accurate and timely processing including data entry of inwards risks, bordereaux processing and analysis, outwards reinsurance policies, and credit control activities.
