- Carrying out planned and defect maintenance on a range of systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure system reliability
- Providing outstanding service and acting as the face of our engineering team on
- customer sites across Scotland
- Managing your own calendar and schedule to meet both customer and business needs
- Working closely with project engineers to support system installations and
- commissioning
- Guiding and mentoring apprentices, trainees, and contractors once fully trained
- Sourcing and purchasing equipment, parts, and materials for workshop use
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities
- A vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation engineering (or
- equivalent experience)
- Welding experience would be highly beneficial, though not essential
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and share knowledge with others
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- A high level of personal integrity and commitment to safety and compliance
- Strong self-management skills and confidence working independently in the field
- Industry-specific training will be provided – what matters most is your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to grow.
- Salary between £40,000 – £44,000 per annum
