Role:
- Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
- Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
- Dealing with voids, day to day and reactive maintenance work.
- Inspecting, highlighting, and identifying problems.
- Experience dealing with voids and reactive maintenance.
- Liaising with customers and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
- Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
- Ensuring that all client's expectations are achieved.
- Ensuring that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in line with the company procedure.
- Driving from site to site as part of daily duties.
- Jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe.
- Completing time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
- Attending inspections where necessary.
- Being computer literate and able to effectively use Excel.
