Duties
- PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and plumbing installations on site
- Drainage & flushing
- Taking BMS readings
- Fault finding on electrical installations
- Generator testing
- Emergency Light Testing
- Fire Alarm Testing
- Fixing leaks
- Replacing faulty pipes
- Changing/cleaning filters
- Replacing coils
- Inspection of VAV/VRV systems
Requirements
- C&G / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in electrical/mechanical or plumbing (essential)
- Building services maintenance experience in a commercial office or hospital
- C&G 18th Edition (desirable)
