Our client is looking for an experienced Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated team at a Healthcare site in North London . This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic environment!
Salary: £50,778 basic
Location: North London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise Fabric Engineers, Water Technicians, and contractors
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with water testing and other key safety protocols
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric
- Strong experience with water testing is essential
