Position Overview:
As the Extra Works Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the quality and safety of our construction and maintenance projects. Your keen eye for detail and strong understanding of health and safety regulations will ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance:Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure it meets the specified standards and regulations.
- Health and Safety:Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Project Management:Liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and project milestones.
- Compliance:Ensure all work complies with local, national, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Proven experience as an engineer or small works supervisoror in a similar role within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Knowledge:Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Skills:Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications in health and safety or construction management are highly desirable.
