TSASurveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors for a 15-month contract in North London, starting ASAP.
The role involves surveying over 1500 properties using in-house asset management software on a tablet device.
This is an outside IR35 position, with payment made per survey for houses, flats, and blocks.
Candidates must be a DEA and are expected to work full-time, 4 to 5 days a week, with possible contract extension based on performance.

Over 1500 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITIONAND RDSAP
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
Booked appointments by the client
15 MONTH CONTRACT - possibleextension basedon performance.
