The role:
Our client, a tier 1 Main Contractor is currently seeking a Voids Supervisor to join their team in West London. As a Voids Supervisor, you鈥檒l lead a team of Operatives, driving performance and ensuring high quality of works completed. This role will be overseeing a Voids contract.
Your key responsibilities include:
路 Oversee operatives and report on quality of work
路 Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching, and performance reviews to inspire your team to excel.
路 Partner with cross-functional teams to assess priorities and improve service delivery.
路 Use scheduling systems to track workflows and implement strategies to meet demand.
路 Site Inspections: Carry out site visits, inspect contractor work, and address quality issues.
路 Order materials promptly, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
路 Source materials at the best rates for value for money.
Qualifications & Experience:
路 SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
路 Proven experience supervising teams and managing budgets.
路 Expertise in scheduling work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
路 Experience Supervising within Voids, Disrepair or Planned Works projects for a main contractor
