Technical Manager

Are you an experienced Technical Manager? Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a leading London based developer who are looking for recruit an experienced Technical Manager to lead the new 550 unit scheme in Northwest London.

About the role of Technical Manger

This role will be responsible for leading the new project from RIBA stage 2/3 which will involve some planning amendments, through detail design and to completion/ handover. The project will consist of 550 apartments delivered over multiple mid-rise R.C frame blocks with brick faade and composite roofing. The role will report to the Technical Director and will offer a great opportunity to step up to Senior Technical Manager position.

Requirements for the Technical Manager role

  • Experience working with a residential developer or main contractor
  • Experience working on R/C frame projects
  • Awareness for the build safety act
  • Strong understanding latest building regulations
