About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager or Technical Manager to oversee the design and coordination for a major RC frame residential development. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale, high-profile project that will make a significant impact on the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the design meets both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of external consultants and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the design align with the project goals.
  • Act as the key liaison between the design team, contractors, and the client, facilitating smooth communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure that design work is delivered on time and within budget, addressing any design challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Lead the development of design strategies to optimise project delivery and ensure that the development complies with all legal, technical, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve design documents, reports, and specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager or Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale residential or RC frame projects.
