*Technical Manager, North London*
As a result of their continued growth, our client are currently in the market for a Technical Manager to be both site-based and office-based in North London, working on a high quality urban development for a mixed-use project creating over 400 new homes.
As Technical Manager you will be reporting to the Senior Technical Manager and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Issuing drawings for construction purposes
- Responding to site queries
- Resolving technical and construction problems
- Attending and chairing site meetings
- Liaison with internal and external consultants
- Carrying out site inspections
- Providing support to the technical team.
This role would ideally suit existing Technical Managers coming from other housing developers or Senior Technical Coordinators looking to take the next step in their career within a very well-regarded business that promotes progression and training.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team in a dynamic environment giving you the chance to work on a complex scheme.
A salary of up to 75k-85k plus package is on offer plus flexible working.
