We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mechanical Supervisor with expertise in HVAC and pipefitting to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who is ready to take charge of multiple projects across West London and Slough.

Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Sites across West London & Slough
Sector: HVAC & Pipefitting

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations and maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems and pipefitting.
• Oversee on-site teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, health & safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure that all work is completed to specification and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and liaise with other site managers and engineers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of mechanical works across multiple sites.
• Ensure all installations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Travel between sites across West London and Slough to monitor progress and provide on-site leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC systems and pipefitting.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate on-site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance on-site.
• Flexible and able to travel regularly between sites in West London and Slough.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
