Commercial Claims & Dispute Resolution Consultant - Rail

Proven commercial claims and dispute resolution specialist with experience of drafting and presenting claims to senior Stakeholders within a rail environment required for an OUTSIDE IR35 contract opportunity in London.

Responsibilities

• Write the claim document narrative, to explain the company's entitlements in clear terms by reference to contract and scope clause numbers.
• Work alongside a Forensic Planner, to build up impacted programme(s) to demonstrate the company's entitlement to additional time in respect of the achievement of Key Dates and extended and/or thickened prelims allowances.
• Establish any "generic" entitlements the company may have in relation to delays to their product approval in terms of client's acts of frustration of the timely completion of product approval for this product.
• Negotiate claims to financial agreement
• Negotiate settlements if required

For this position candidates must have a proven track record of producing high level claims in a railway environment. Candidates must have experience in presenting claims to senior Stakeholders.
