Well established local North London Law firm seeks an outstanding Dispute Resolution Solicitor to provide support to the existing Dispute Resolution department, particularly in the area of residential property disputes. They would be looking for a proactive candidate to deliver consistently high levels of client service under the supervision of a close-knit team.

Core Duties will include the following:

Taking on matters within the Dispute Resolution department, with cases including (but not limited to) leaseholder/freeholder disputes, rent arrears matters, breach of contract matters, employment matters (in the case of employment matters, this is preferable but not required) etc.
Managing own case load and building your own work and contacts with potential referrers.
Obtaining regular positive feedback from clients, colleagues and referrers.
Taking on responsibility within a close-knit team and helping to teach trainees and paralegals.
Dealing directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.
Working closely with partners and solicitors to develop client relationship skills.
Identifying and following relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct.
Complying with risk management processes and policies.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must be experienced at multi-tasking, managing time sensitive matters and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Ideal Candidates must have the following:

Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
3 years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.
