EUROTERRA CAPITAL is London’s premier garden square property developer and asset manager, specialising in development, investing, constructing and operating across all residential sectors, including luxury homes, luxury serviced residences, co-living, serviced apartments and student accommodation.

Due to market growth, We are now looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to join our family office and  provide excellent administrative support to the Executive Assistant of the CEO  on both the private and corporate side, as well as providing front-of-house support to the wider office.  

This is a great opportunity with long term focus for anyone looking to establish a career path as a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will benefit from close mentorship from the CEO’s Executive Assistant with plenty of exposure to various departments within the organisation.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the E.A and CEO
  • Manage Reception area: including answering switchboard phone, meeting room bookings, meeting and greeting guests;  
  • Booking cars, restaurants and other bookings
  • Complex diary management;
  • Travel Organisation including composing detailed itineraries, obtaining necessary travel documents, and visa coordination
  • ordering office supplies;
  • Assist with organising Team building days and events;
  • Minute taking;
  • Presentation formatting;
  • Assist the CEO in maintaining external working relationships;
  • When required you could also be involved with marketing activities and social media activities
  • Run basic errands on behalf of the CEO
  • Front of house reception duties

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Proactive, organised and be able to prioritise their time well.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 
  • Experience  in a similar role is an advantage
  • Have a resilient nature, Keen to learn and willing to go above and beyond
