Medical Laboratory Assistants (Night Shifts)
Central London, Hours: 6.30pm to 7.30am, £13.15ph - £16.57ph
Large Scientific company requires diligent and efficient Medical Laboratory Assistants to provide general support to the busy Sample Reception. Working 3 night shifts during the week and potentially 2
Duties will include:
- Receipt, identify and prepare all samples and request forms
- Handle large volume of incoming samples
- Identify and prepare - maintaining accurate log via the specimen tracker system
- Assisting with incoming department queries via phone, email, face to face in a timely and professional manner
- Other duties assigned by the department
The successful candidate must have had proven work experience within a UK pathology laboratory, ideally a Biomedical Graduate.
You will also need to be flexible, highly motivated, an effective team player, methodical and have excellent communication skills. Â
Experience of working Night Shifts would be advantageous
