Medical PACentral London - On SiteUp to £37,000
We are seeking a skilled Medical PA with private healthcare experience to join our client's expanding team based in Central London. As a Medical PA, you will provide medical and administrative support for our client's clinic based on Harley Street.
This is a full time, site-based, position requiring 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Leadership Meetings and Events: Organise and coordinate wider leadership team meetings and events on behalf of the Founder, both internally and externally, using platforms like Audio/Zoom.
- Support and Development: Support the development and training of other PAs
- Communication and Administration: Attend to emails and telephone calls on behalf of the Founder, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Financial Management: Generate invoices and communicate with insurance providers to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Surgical Arrangements: Arrange surgeries and manage related administrative tasks.
- IT Support: Liaise with external IT contractors to resolve IT issues promptly.
- Patient Support: Assist with booking patients and arranging payments from private individuals and insurance companies.
- Organisational Tasks: Organise theatre staff and lists as required.
- Achievements and Impact: Provide exceptional support to managers, co-workers, and the medical team, contributing to a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the private healthcare sector.
- Prior experience working with insurance companies to secure payments.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records systems such as HeyDoc/Semble or similar packages.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
