We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director of Development and Scientific Programmes at a membership organisation in London.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant within a complex organisation.
Key skills required include strong project management, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
This position offers a hybrid working model with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should be prepared to start as soon as possible.

We are currently recruiting a PA to the Director of Development and Scientific Programmes at a fantastic membership organisation based in London. This is an excellent role for someone who is looking for a new permanent position within a well established organisation.

Significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, within a complex organisation
Strong project management, attention to detail and meticulous planning skills
Experience of dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
Excellent Communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, (including proofreading)
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of political acuity, diplomacy and discretion
Ability to use Outlook, MS Teams, Word
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time
Flexibility

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00
