Personal Assistant to CEO/ Principal (HNWI) Salary: 45,000 - 50,000

Based in Victoria

Hybrid - 4 days in office, one day working from home

A a private holding and investment company based in Victoria are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO / Principal. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel, and handling personal errands. Looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who has experience of supporting a HNWI, exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail. No 2 days are ever the same, therefore looking for a Personal Assistant who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, juggle workload and is super organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Calendar management, prioritise appointments, email management, submitting expenses and ensuring smooth scheduling for the CEO
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange global travel plans for CEO and family, including private jets, luxury accommodations and bespoke itineraries, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed
  • Personal Errands: Manage day-to-day personal tasks, from shopping and organising household services to handling correspondence and personal finances
  • Project Management: Handle personal and some business projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered to a high standard
  • Travel Accompaniment: If required, accompany the principal on international trips to provide in-person assistance
  • Filing System: Develop and maintain an effective filing system for both hard copy documents and electronic correspondence, ensuring quick retrieval of requested files
  • Correspondence and research: Prepare and edit reports and presentations and conduct detailed research, gathering information on various topics as requested

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Private Personal Assistant, preferably with HNWI
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Skilled in managing diverse tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Flexible with hours, travel, and adapting to changing needs
  • Proactive in anticipating and addressing CEO's needs
  • Proficient with technology and tools for travel, scheduling, and household management
  • Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality
