Location: Marylebone

- Contract Type: Temporary

- Pay: 14-16phr

- Start Date: Monday November 18th, 2024

- Contract Length: 2 weeks (dependent on business needs, could extend)

- Working Pattern: Full Time, 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Our client, a reputable organisation in Marylebone, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide essential support to their office and PA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to a thriving team!

In this role, you will have a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with ad hoc tasks whenever needed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Floating coverage for the PAs, including diary management, meeting set-ups, and inbox management
  • Providing administrative support to the office and PA team, such as scanning and filing documents
  • Covering receptionist lunch breaks on a rotational basis
  • Assisting with office manager duties, including distributing post and organising meeting rooms
  • Ensuring refreshments are readily available for meetings and providing excellent service

Experience:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Junior PA or strong administrative skills
  • Reception experience would be beneficial
  • Confidence in using MS Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A willingness to take on basic tasks and work as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • While property experience is not necessary, it can be a standout attribute
