Our client, who are a leading Residential Developer are looking for a Team Personal Assistant to support to the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director and the Sales and Marketing Team.
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be providing full administrative support to them and the team having full diary and inbox management, liaising with offices and external businesses to arrange meetings, typing minutes and other general PA duties.
This is an exciting role, which would suit an individual with previous proven track record as a Personal Assistant, with Residential Developer / Main Contractor experience being advantageous.
Ideal Candidate:
- Accurate and efficient typing
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- Previous experience supporting a team
- Previous experience from the construction or property industry desirable but not essential
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
