This vibrant and established architecture studio seeks a well-rounded, confident, and ambitious individual to join their senior leadership team as Practice Manager.

With a focus across the day-to-day management of the studio while working to formulate long-term strategic goals alongside the directors, the deep remit of this role intimately concerns every operational aspect of studio life from managing the practice coordinators to helping track finances to involvement across HR, new business and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be vetted by their industry-related experience, whether directly from architecture or via alternative pathways such as interiors or the wider built environment sector. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable leadership skills and will come across as a confident communicator.
