Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the membership process.
  • Advise current members on best practices for enhancing employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with clients to maximise the use of digital resources and ensure effective implementation.
  • Maintain and update the prospects database to track engagement and new opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and content for various platforms.

Person Specifications

  • Proven experience in new business sales with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • A good grasp of marketing principles, including the use of social media for outreach.
  • Empathy for individuals facing challenges in balancing work and caring responsibilities.
