Your new role:
- To assist and support the nominated Account Director/s supporting them to develop top tier accounts and generate pipeline within targeted accounts.
- Support account directors in servicing their existing client accounts by being the internal contact for nominated accounts either dealing with client requests or acting as a point triage.
- To fully account manage nominated tier of accounts through the lifecycle of their services by developing relationships to up/cross-sell Exponential-e products and services
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Have the ability to be an independent self-starter and proactively work from own initiative
- Able to collaborate with different teams/departments/partners, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise efficiently
- A passion for service excellence
- Knowledge of some, Cloud & IT services, Data (SD WAN, MPLS, VPLS) and Cyber Security
