An Account Executive is needed to join the team at this growing start-up. They are entering an exciting stage of global expansion, particularly in North America, and are looking for driven individuals to join their agile team.
In this role, you will own the sales process end-to-end-from identifying qualified leads and conducting needs-based discovery to showcasing how their platform solves client challenges through tailored demonstrations and closing opportunities.
This is a remote, UK-based position, offering a competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Candidates must be willing to travel within the UK to meet with colleagues.

Required Experience
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a B2B SaaS sales or account management role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling confident engagement at all levels of an organisation, including C-suite and director levels.
- Exceptional ability to understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations to highlight key benefits and ROI.
- A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot to manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline tracking.
- A genuine interest in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries or similar project-focused environments (a bonus).
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership:
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts and marketing-generated campaigns.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and craft a compelling solution.
- Deliver engaging and customised product demonstrations that highlight the platform's unique value.
- Manage the sales process through to close, ensuring clients receive all necessary resources and information to make confident decisions.
- Proactively identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities to enhance client adoption and ROI.
Client Relationship Development:
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource during onboarding, collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights to inform development and growth strategies.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system, ensuring visibility and transparency in forecasting.
- Share regular sales performance insights and customer feedback with the team to align strategies.
