The Opportunity:

Work closely with the CEO and primarily on inbound enquiries to drive revenue!

This is a heavily lead fed role but we want someone that is not afraid to carry the entire prospecting a closing journey if needed.

Join the existing BDM and work closely with the new SDR to drive revenue into the business. As one of the first BDM’s you’ll have opportunity to contribute to ways of working, methodologies and be key to the departments ongoing development.

As the team grows, so does the opportunity to move to a more senior role!

Responsibilities

  • Sit product demos and use exploratory, consultative techniques to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Close and secure new revenue by effectively managing the sales funnel and carefully managing each sales opportunity.
  • Provide feedback to the SDR function to help refine the sales development machine.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a B2B sales full closing role.
  • A track record of achieving 6 figure annual quotas.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in the e-learning or L&D space.
  • Prior experience working with clients in the accountancy space.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £60k plus bonus (£40k).
  • Increased pension.
  • Early finish on a Friday
