Duties include:

  • Work with the sales team to develop new clients and maintain the success of current client relationships.
  • Answer client inquiries about QuMind services and provide survey research project feasibilities and cost estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with QuMind functional teams, in support of accurate bids and proposals.
  • Work closely with Project Management team to ensure smooth delivery of projects ordered by our clients
  • Help to develop communications tools to educate current and potential clients about QuMind products & services.
  • Closely follow the progress of current projects and assist with client support, as well as troubleshooting, when necessary.
  • Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed, including bid entry, project closing, cost confirmation, invoicing, and commercial reports internally.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma, Grade 2.1 upwards
  • Entry to 1 year experience in the market research industry
  • Online panel experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Numeracy skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills - oral, written and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask various projects
  • Kenn to progress a career in sales, either within business development or account management
