Our client is one of the fastest growing Lloyds Brokers looking for an Account Executive to join their London based team. This role involves handling wholesale Irish accounts with a focus on Property, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Account Advisor/Handler looking to expand their skills.
Main Duties:- Manage a book of renewals and new business enquiries, handling the process from start to finish.
- Respond promptly to intermediary queries and accurately document all communications with customers, insurers, and business contacts.
- Underwrite on an in-house Property binder.
- Inform intermediaries of policy cover, terms, conditions, and claims protocol, ensuring clients understand policy requirements.
- Handle mid-term policy queries, cover changes, and issue endorsements or other documentation as needed.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through excellent service and technical knowledge.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of system data for data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations by staying updated with regulatory changes.
- Prepare MRC Slips and Endorsements for Lineslip and Open Market business.
- Liaise with team members, Underwriters, and Producers as needed.
- Upload MRC slips to PPL for Underwriter sign-off.
- Produce formal policy documentation.
- Experience managing a personal portfolio of property risks placed within the London Market.
- Experience dealing with whole sale business
- Understanding of and experience with MRC Slips and MRCE endorsements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems, with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Experience in the insurance industry with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
- Familiarity with PPL and experience in the London Market.
- Delegated authority or binder experience
- 5 years London Market experience

- Salary is up to £55,000 highly dependent on experience
